The Society for Human Resource Management is a professional human resources membership association headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia. SHRM promotes the role of HR as a profession and provides education, certification, and networking to its members while lobbying Congress on issues pertinent to labor management.
Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF)

GCDF credential holders coach others, individually and in a group setting, to make informed career decisions to strategize, design and obtain work. Through the use of best practices, various assessment tools, and career development models, GCDFs equip each individual with the knowledge and skills to embark on their own professional journey.

The Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) credential was developed by CCE, in collaboration with the National Career Development Association (NCDA) and the National Occupational Information Coordinating Committee in the mid-1990s. The GCDF U.S. credentialing program was launched in the United States in 1997 and is the first and most notable national credential in the field of career development.
Business Solutions Professional (BSP)

Business Solutions Professionals (BSPs) are community leaders who are trained to make use of a vast array of business and economic assets.
They learn to develop a strong knowledge of local, state and federal supports and maintain the relationships to make them work as strong forces for growth.
